A king-bedded master with en-suite marble bathroom is matched by a second bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a sizeable lounge whose dining area seats up to six. Your share is a right to use expiring at the end of 2050 — fully transferable, rentable and resellable, subject to the Manager's terms — secured with a one-time £2,450 administration, legal & reservation fee. There is no closing or registration fee, and no VAT, stamp duty or land registry fees apply.

Each year brings 21 Primary Nights (bookable up to 12 months ahead, including peak dates), 14 Extended Nights (from £190–£290 per night) and unlimited Space-Available Nights (from £190 per night, maximum three consecutive nights per stay). Nightly figures are inclusive of all taxes and fees. The annual management fee covers 24-hour concierge and front desk, twice-daily housekeeping, 24-hour room service and valet, complimentary packing/unpacking and nightly shoe polishing, Wi-Fi, two personal storage boxes between visits, and access to the Marriott Park Lane spa, gym and pool.
