Refunds & Cancellations

The position, plainly.

If we cannot deliver. Every confirmed reservation is delivered as confirmed, or refunded in full to the card that paid. No forms, no argument.

If an event is cancelled. Where an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund. Where it is rescheduled, your reservation carries to the new date, or you may take a full refund instead.

If you change your mind. Hospitality and admission for a specific date carries no 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once confirmed, a reservation is committed to suppliers on your behalf. Tell the desk early — where a reservation can be resold or renamed we will do it, and return what we recover.

Deposits and 48-hour holds. A deposit holds your reservation for 48 hours. Settle the balance within the window and the reservation confirms. If the hold lapses unpaid, the allocation is released and the deposit is returned in full.

Buyers Club. A lot deposit is returned in full if the lot fails inspection. If inspection passes and the buyer withdraws, the deposit is retained. Title passes on cleared settlement.

Residences. Each residence carries the cancellation terms stated at reservation; they are shown before you pay.

How refunds arrive. Refunds return to the original card, normally within 5–10 working days of being issued. Quote your AA reference to the desk by WhatsApp or email and it is handled from there.
