Ritz-Carlton Club Membership — Two-Bedroom

Membership — The Ritz-Carlton Club. A deeded interest in a private residence club, with the Club's staff and services around it, for clients who want a residence rather than a hotel room in five of the places they already go: Aspen Highlands, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, St Thomas and Vail.

The Two-Bedroom Residence has a king-bedded master with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with its own bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a private terrace or balcony. A sofa bed in the living room takes the residence to 6.

Your interest is a deeded fractional share — fully transferable, rentable and resellable, subject to the Club's terms — secured with a one-time $3,250 administration, legal and reservation fee. Once the fee is paid we agree your home club with you from the 5, according to availability. Transfer is handled by us and typically completes within 3 months.

Each year brings 21 assigned nights at your home club, allocated in advance across the seasons. The membership exchanges into the other 4 Ritz-Carlton Clubs, subject to availability. Beyond the assigned nights, Space-Available lets members book unlimited additional stays across all 5 clubs within 60 days of arrival, at the member per-diem rate: in San Francisco, $351 a night for a one-bedroom, $391 for a two-bedroom and $448 for a three-bedroom, before local tax. The annual fee covers the Club's staff and services, including twice-daily housekeeping, concierge, valet and the maintenance of the residences.

We can rent the nights you do not use through our residence programme, so the membership works when you are not there.
