About Avory Astoria

Avory Astoria is a private client house in London. We arrange serviced residences within estates such as Ritz-Carlton Club and Rosewood, hospitality at the world’s great sporting and cultural events, a buyers club of watches, cars and collectibles, and the travel around all of it — yachts, aviation, chauffeurs.

The reason clients come to us is simple: we book directly with estates, events and owners, so much of what we hold never appears on public booking sites. The reason they stay is simpler still — every booking is handled personally, by one point of contact, from first enquiry to arrival.

We keep the experience plain. Prices are shown wherever we can show them. Events reserve in moments online; residences and lots are confirmed personally first. And every confirmed booking is delivered as confirmed, or refunded in full — a promise we publish and stand behind.

A house, not a marketplace.

We keep a short ledger — residences within named estates, seats at the season’s fixtures, pieces sourced from their owners. Each entry is held directly, priced plainly and answered by one person. If it appears here, we can deliver it.

How does booking work?
Everything is booked directly with us, online or by message. Events are reserved and paid in moments; a Buyers Club lot is secured with the reservation fee. Residences are requested with your dates; we confirm availability personally, usually within 48 hours.
When is my card charged?
For events, payment is taken when you reserve and your booking is confirmed straight away. A Buyers Club lot is secured with the £2,450 reservation fee, with the balance settled on completion. For residence enquiries, nothing is charged and no card is needed — you choose dates and ask, availability is confirmed personally, and payment follows only once you confirm.
Are the prices shown final?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Where a rate is shown per night, your total is simply the rate multiplied by your nights. Where rates are on request, we confirm the rate together with availability before anything is charged.
What if you cannot deliver my booking?
Every confirmed booking is delivered as confirmed, or refunded in full to the card that paid. Our refund position is published in plain English and applies to every reservation.

Sofia, our Head of Private Client Relations, looks after every enquiry personally — one point of contact from your first message to the moment you arrive.
How quickly do you respond?
