47 Park Street — Grand Residences by Marriott is a private residence club in the heart of Mayfair: an Edwardian townhouse built in 1927 for the 1st Baron Milford, beautifully refurbished into individually designed one- and two-bedroom apartments with marble bathrooms, full kitchens and a wonderfully timeless atmosphere.

What is offered is a fractional membership — the right to use a luxuriously appointed, fully serviced apartment at this address every year through to 2050, at a fraction of the cost of a second home and with none of the upkeep. Membership is held in multiples of 21 nights and may be taken a night, a week or longer at a time, with additional nights available as needed.

Members enjoy 24-hour concierge and reception, twice-daily maid service, valet and packing, and à la carte room service in partnership with Le Gavroche — together with privileges at Morton's Club on Berkeley Square, Spa Illuminata, The London Golf Club and the health club at Marriott Park Lane. Building maintenance, utilities and the upkeep of the common areas are all included.

Nights you do not use need not be wasted: they can be let through Marriott's rental programme, exchanged for Marriott Bonvoy stays across the global portfolio, or simply shared with family and friends.
