Privé is the membership club that debuted with the residences at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, 60 homes adjacent to the hotel on the Diamante estate at Cabo San Lucas. Members hold weeks rather than a deed, pay no maintenance fees, and can reserve residence inventory up to 90 days before travel. Membership carries access across the Privé portfolio, which today spans Nobu Los Cabos, Nobu Miami Beach, Nobu Chicago, Hard Rock Los Cabos, Cancun, Vallarta, Riviera Maya and Punta Cana, Unico Riviera Maya, with Doma Punta Cana and Doma Los Cabos to follow, plus an Interval International exchange membership. Avory has member weeks available from a private owner, in blocks or singly, and can arrange membership on request.

At Nobu Los Cabos
A specialised custodian on each residence floor, priority restaurant reservations with 24 hours' notice, priority cabana reservations, 20% off food and beverage at the residences rooftop, 50% off in-room massage at Esencia Wellness Spa, kids' club, private gym and wet room. In-room chef service is available at additional cost and is included with Penthouse membership, along with cabanas and the spa benefit.
Across the portfolio
Member access at Nobu Miami Beach and Chicago and the Hard Rock and Unico properties in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, with Doma to follow, and a five-year Interval International exchange membership. Any-day check-in and check-in direct to the room. Subject to availability.
