Staying
Booked directly with the owner through Avory, so the villa comes with the full resort around it: five restaurants including Saffron and TRE, Banyan Tree Spa, Laguna Golf, tennis, Terra Kids Club, and in-villa dining. Check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm. Subject to availability.
Buying
Whole ownership of the villa, offered privately at a figure confirmed on request. The estate is run by Banyan Group's own management to the resort's standards, with owner privileges across Banyan Group hotels. The ownership structure available to a foreign buyer and the estate and service charges are confirmed before contract.
