Legacy Villa occupies a rare corner plot of nearly an acre on Leeward's canals, at the eastern end of Providenciales, where the house wraps around some 400 feet of turquoise water and a dock running the full length of the frontage. The sun reaches it from first light to sunset. Refurbished from top to bottom at the end of 2021, with a new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, roof and pool, it is to all intents a new four-bedroom house of some 3,400 square feet set in an established tropical garden.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom: the master with a king bed and a bathtub, a second king room, a queen room and a room with two twin beds. Outside, the shaded cabana looks over the pool to the canal, the dock has room to moor a boat and water toys for the day, and a kayak is kept at the house. Grace Bay and Long Bay are both a short drive away, and portable beach chairs and umbrellas go with you.

Flights land at Providenciales International Airport, and the drive out to Leeward on the island's north-eastern tip takes around twenty minutes. The villa sits on Leeward's canals with its own dock, close to the marina, with Grace Bay and Long Bay each a short drive away. We arrange your transfer as part of the stay, so a driver will be waiting when you land.
