Set within a private estate of twelve villas in Leeward, on the quiet eastern reach of Providenciales, Villa Serenity is a newly built house of some 2,500 square feet arranged around its pool. The open-plan kitchen and living room is the heart of it, with a fully appointed kitchen at one end and doors to the patio and tropical garden at the other. Grace Bay is an eight-minute stroll away, the golf course two minutes by car and the marina just around the corner.
Four bedrooms sleep eight. Two king rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms; a third takes a king or two twins and shares a bathroom with the fourth, where a queen sofa bed suits children or a late-arriving guest. Air conditioning runs throughout. Outside, the pool and patio are set for slow days, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are kept ready for the short walk down to the sand, and pool heating can be arranged.

Flights land at Providenciales International Airport, and the drive to Leeward at the island's north-eastern tip takes around twenty minutes. The villa sits within a private estate a short walk from the Grace Bay shoreline, with the marina and the island's golf course a couple of minutes away by car. We arrange your transfer as part of the stay, so a driver will be waiting when you land.
