Four Seasons Residence Club, Jackson Hole

A deeded fractional interest in one of the residence club condominiums inside the resort, held on a fee simple deed that you can use, sell or pass to family. Interests were sold in two sizes, a 1/7 or a 1/14 of a two-bedroom or three-bedroom residence. The two-bedroom plan runs to 1,720 sq ft (160 sq m) and sleeps 6. The three-bedroom runs to 2,240 sq ft (208 sq m) and sleeps 8, with a full kitchen, laundry room, stone fireplace, private balcony and marble bathrooms. The exact interest, residence and floor are confirmed for the specific residence before you commit.

Nights follow the size of the interest. A 1/14 gives 7 nights each winter and 7 nights each summer every year, plus 7 further nights of use each year. A 1/7 gives 14 nights each winter and 14 nights each summer, plus 7 nights in spring or autumn. Some interests were sold with the spring or autumn week every other year rather than every year, so the calendar is confirmed for the specific interest. Owners may request time at the other five Four Seasons Residence Clubs, subject to availability. Whether you may let your own nights is confirmed before you commit.

The annual association assessment is billed on the interest, not the whole residence. A 1/14 of a three-bedroom was listed in 2026 at USD 18,290.08 a year, and a 1/7 of the same plan at USD 36,582. Property tax is charged on the fraction itself, and the 2025 bill on one 1/14 interest was USD 1,003.97. Wyoming charges no real estate transfer tax, and Teton County records a deed for USD 12 for the first page and USD 3 for each page after it. Listings give the assessment as a single figure, so the budget behind it is confirmed for the specific residence before you commit.

Four Seasons manages the building and the club, so the residence is serviced like a hotel suite and the resort is open to owners on the same footing as guests. The list below is what an owner uses across a stay, from the ski door in the morning to the kitchen at night.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole opened in December 2003, the first ski resort the brand ran. Hill Glazier drew the building, Wimberly Interiors the rooms and residences, Brayton Hughes the spa. It stands 10 storeys at the foot of the mountain and holds 156 rooms: 106 guest rooms, 18 suites and 32 resort residences, within 57 residential units. On site are an 11,685 sq ft spa with 16 treatment rooms and a full salon, a heated outdoor pool with three whirlpools, a gym, and five places to eat and drink. BDT & MSD Partners bought the resort in February 2026.

Teton Village sits at the foot of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the resort door opens onto the snow. The mountain covers 2,500 acres across Après Vous and Rendezvous, rising 4,139 ft from a base of 6,311 ft to a summit of 10,450 ft, with 16 lifts and a 100-passenger tram that climbs the full vertical in 9 minutes. It averages 458 inches of snow a year. Grand Teton National Park is on the doorstep, Yellowstone beyond it. Jackson Hole Airport sits inside the national park, 36 minutes by car, with nonstop flights from 14 US cities.

Wyoming places no restriction on a foreign buyer taking title, and the state charges no transfer tax, so the purchase itself is straightforward. The work sits on the way out. A sale by a non-US person is subject to FIRPTA withholding, generally 15 per cent of the price, collected by the buyer and reduced only where the Internal Revenue Service issues a withholding certificate. US filings follow, alongside your UK ones. The club's own transfer procedure, including any right of first refusal and transfer fee, is confirmed for the specific interest before you commit.
