Villa Belle Vie sits within a private gated estate of twelve homes in Leeward, at the quiet eastern end of Providenciales, a few minutes' drive from Grace Bay. Newly built and generously laid out across some 3,500 square feet, it is a house made for living between inside and out: the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room runs straight onto the patio, and a covered cabana beside the pool holds a barbecue and a table for eight. A two-car shaded carport and a tennis court shared within the estate complete the picture.
Four bedrooms sleep six to eight. The king room and the queen room each have an en-suite bathroom; the third takes a king or two extra-long twins and shares a bathroom with the fourth, which has a full-size sofa bed. Every room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully appointed down to a proper espresso machine, and beach chairs, chaises, an umbrella and a cooler are kept for days on the sand.

Flights land at Providenciales International Airport, and the drive out to Leeward on the island's north-eastern tip takes around twenty minutes. The villa lies in a gated estate a few minutes by car from Grace Bay, with the marina and the golf course close by. We arrange your transfer as part of the stay, so a driver will be waiting when you land.
