47 Park Street was built in 1927 as the private London home of the 1st Baron Milford, and the Edwardian townhouse still carries itself that way: a red-brick front in the heart of Mayfair, with original features and period detail running through every floor. It remains a house rather than a hotel — forty-nine residences behind one front door, arranged in five configurations, each with its own lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen.

We run each residence as a private home. The concierge is on hand around the clock, housekeeping calls twice a day, and dinner can be taken at your own table from à la carte or bespoke in-residence menus. Every kitchen comes with fine cookware, china and high-specification appliances, and we will stock it to your order before you arrive; between visits we store your belongings and have them in place ahead of your return.

The residences range from one to two bedrooms, sleeping two to six. One-bedroom apartments run from the neatly composed Executive through the larger Premium and Deluxe, while the two-bedroom residences — including the sixth-floor Premium and the Deluxe, the most spacious in the house — suit families and longer stays. Marble bathrooms and Edwardian detailing carry through every configuration.
