Breathe Easy Villa

Set on a quiet canal in Leeward, on the eastern reach of Providenciales, Breathe Easy is a two-storey villa of some 3,400 square feet arranged around the water. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room looks straight down the canal, and life here moves easily between the interior and the pool terrace outside.

Four bedrooms are split across two floors. On the ground floor, a king room with its own outdoor shower and a queen room sit close to the living spaces; upstairs, a second king room opens onto a balcony over the water and a further queen room has a bathtub in its en suite. Four bathrooms in all, with air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays.

Outside, the pool terrace and barbecue gazebo are made for slow afternoons, and the private dock comes with kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the calm, protected canals. It is a house that rewards doing very little, very well.
