Chalet Winona stands in White Pine Canyon, the most exclusive address in Park City, with ski-in, ski-out access to the mountain and a semi-circular design that gives the house 360-degree views of the surrounding peaks. It balances alpine warmth with a distinctly urban polish.
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open living spaces with light beneath layered timber ceilings, gathered around a gas fireplace. A gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and alpine breakfast nook handle everything from family breakfasts to catered dinners. Seven bedrooms sleep twenty guests, and the lower level adds a recliner-seat cinema, wet bar and private fitness room, with a ski room, wine cellar and private lift completing the house.
The expansive deck is built for the hours after the last run: a pool, hot tub, heated outdoor lounge, fire pit and large outdoor screen, all facing the mountains.

Chalet Winona sits within The Colony at White Pine Canyon, a gated ski-in, ski-out community on the slopes of Park City Mountain. Salt Lake City International is the nearest airport, and the drive up to the canyon takes around forty minutes. We arrange transfers as part of the stay, so the journey from the runway to the front door is looked after from the start.
