Europa House

Europa House is a mansion block in Little Venice, and its great distinction is what lies outside the door: three acres of award-winning private landscaped gardens, kept for residents alone. From the ground floor the lawns are immediately at hand, framed by the windows and reached in a few steps; from the top of the building the view carries across the gardens and out over the rooftops of Little Venice.

The gardens are open to everyone staying in the house, and we will arrange underground parking on request. Families are well looked after here — a cupboard of games and sports equipment is kept on hand for younger guests, and the apartments are laid out with family life in mind as much as with entertaining.

Accommodation runs from a 786 sq ft one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, its decked balcony opening onto the gardens, up to a 2,320 sq ft five-bedroom penthouse with wrap-around terraces and dining for eight. Between the two sit the two-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom penthouse with two planted terraces and a working fireplace; both penthouses are air conditioned and reached by private lift.
