This is a house organised entirely around having a good time. A private pickleball court, ping pong, shuffleboard and a putting green cover the competitive instincts outdoors; inside, a dedicated games room holds pool and poker tables, and a state-of-the-art media room takes care of the evenings.
The pool terrace centres on a swim-up bar with waterfalls, flanked by an outdoor kitchen, hot tub and fireplace for the desert nights. A fitness room, bar, home office and wine storage complete a compound that functions comfortably as a private resort.

The estate sits in Scottsdale's quiet Cactus Corridor, a gated residential pocket north-east of Old Town. Phoenix Sky Harbor International is the nearest major airport, around twenty-five minutes by car, and Scottsdale Airport — the private-aviation field — is closer still, roughly ten minutes away. We arrange transfers as part of the stay.
