Naviva spans 48 acres of beachfront and jungle in Punta Mita, one of the most coveted stretches of Mexico's Pacific coast. It is conceived as a complete retreat: private, all-inclusive and quietly adventurous, with the landscape left very much in charge.
Fifteen bungalows are threaded through the greenery, each built from natural materials and finished with contemporary Mexican craftsmanship. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto private terraces with ocean panoramas, and every bungalow holds a king bed and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom.
Between the trees sit two dedicated spa pods, an outdoor gym, fire pits and open-air dining spaces where meals are shaped around the guests' preferences. Taken whole, it hosts up to thirty people without ever feeling like a crowd.

Naviva sits at the tip of the Punta Mita peninsula on the Riviera Nayarit, about forty-five minutes by car from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The drive follows the curve of Banderas Bay before turning in through the gates of the Punta Mita estate, with the resort a few minutes beyond. We arrange the transfer as part of every stay.

Cancellation and amendments
Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, provided check-in is more than 60 days away.
All other bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed.
Where a residence cannot be provided, the booking is refunded in full.
