Over Yonder Cay

An entire Bahamian island, taken whole. Over Yonder Cay runs almost entirely on its own wind turbines and a solar field covering an acre and a half — a rare thing at this scale — and gives a party of up to thirty the run of four individually designed villas set at different points around the shoreline, each positioned for its own sunrise or sunset.

The villas are open, airy and generously scaled, with vaulted ceilings and large shared spaces built for a full house. Fifteen bedrooms are spread across the island, so families and friends can gather and retreat in whatever rhythm suits them.

Days here are defined by water and play: the private marina and clubhouse, jet skis and boats, a floodlit tennis court, a golf course, beach volleyball, a heated pool and hot tub.
