A double-height living room flows into the dining space, and the kitchen pairs bright white cabinetry with waterfall marble counters, a genuine pleasure to cook and entertain in. Three bedrooms, each with water and city views, sleep six guests, with a flexible fourth room, which doubles as an office, available on request for up to eight. A private loggia with comfortable seating is the spot for morning coffee.
The building adds a residents' club lounge with billiards and bar, a children's playroom, a 24-hour gym and full doorman service, and it welcomes pets.

Penthouse David sits in Lower Manhattan's Financial District, at the southern tip of the island. From JFK the drive in is around fifty minutes, a little longer in the evening rush; Newark runs about the same, and LaGuardia is usually a little under forty minutes. We arrange transfers as part of the stay, so arrival is simply a matter of stepping into the car.
