Penthouse William occupies one of London's most coveted vantage points, in the sartorial heart of St James's. From its windows and terraces, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, the London Eye and The Shard all sit in breathtaking proximity.
The residence spreads across two floors linked by a private lift and a monumental atrium staircase. Guests enter through a hall of Corinthian columns and fine mouldings into a great room of monochrome glamour: velour seating, mirror and polished-metal finishes, and a marble-clad fireplace lit softly through distinctive porthole windows. The principal suite carries an expansive vanity, dressing area and spa bathroom with soaking tub, and four further en suite bedrooms bring the house to ten guests. A gym and a spa area with treatment bed sit within the apartment.
The formal reception opens onto a terrace, and a spiral staircase climbs to the roof terrace, an open-air lounge with the London skyline as its backdrop.

Penthouse William sits in the heart of St James's, with Green Park Underground station a few minutes' walk away and Piccadilly, Pall Mall and the royal parks on the doorstep. Heathrow is the natural arrival point, around forty-five minutes to an hour by car depending on the traffic; London City is a little over half an hour on a clear run. We arrange transfers as part of the stay, so arrival is simply a matter of stepping into the car.
