Whole private residences in the Chronicle Building at 690 Market Street, 2 blocks from Union Square. Each residence has a full kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, a marble bathroom and its own washer and dryer. Residences run from 1 to 3 bedrooms; bedding is made up to suit the party staying, and the standard arrangements below adjust on request.

One-Bedroom — a king bedroom and a pull-out sofa, for 3. Two-Bedroom — 2 king bedrooms and a pull-out, for 5. Three-Bedroom — 2 kings, a room of 2 doubles, and a pull-out, for 8.

The building runs as a private club. Housekeeping calls twice a day: morning service 8:30am to 4:00pm, evening turndown 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The concierge desk is staffed 24 hours. A two-storey fitness centre with steam room and sauna is open around the clock, and the 12th-floor Members Lounge — residents only — holds city views and refreshments through the day.

Valet parking is included for one vehicle. A house car runs a one-mile radius, 5:30pm to 10:30pm daily, first come, first served. Google Fiber throughout.
