The Amilla Estate sits directly on the sand, shaded by tall palms with turquoise water beyond. The architecture is contemporary and generous: double-height ceilings, walls of glass and a monochrome palette warmed by dark tropical woods.
The whole plan turns around a central swimming pool courtyard, and living spaces flow between inside and out without much distinction. It is a house made for gathering, whether that means a long dinner, an easy drink at the pool bar or an evening on the rooftop terrace.
Six ensuite bedrooms sleep twelve in considerable comfort. A games room, massage room, hot tub, gym and wine storage round out the estate, with staff quarters on hand and full home automation throughout.

Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Finolhas Island, Baa Atoll, Maldives
The estate sits on Finolhas, Amilla's private island in the Baa Atoll, reached through Velana International Airport at Malé. From there it is about a thirty-minute seaplane flight straight to the island, or a domestic flight of around twenty minutes to Dharavandhoo followed by a short speedboat crossing. We arrange the seaplane or flight-and-boat transfer as part of the stay.

Cancellation and amendments
Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, provided check-in is more than 60 days away.
All other bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed.
Where a residence cannot be provided, the booking is refunded in full.
