The Secret Island is exactly that: a private island in the crystalline waters off Massa Lubrense, poised between Sorrento, Positano and the Gulf of Naples. Ancient Roman nymphaeums stand among protected wildlife, and Positano, Amalfi and Capri are all an easy run by sea.
The main villa steps down the rock in whitewashed levels, its living spaces dressed in warm natural woods and opening onto panoramic terraces at every turn. A dedicated chef cooks Mediterranean dishes rooted in local tradition, and six bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom, sleep twelve guests.
The grounds hold an olive grove, flourishing vegetable gardens and a traditional wood-fired oven for evenings under the stars. The infinity pool appears to pour straight into the Tyrrhenian below, and a private jetty handles arrivals, departures and days spent exploring the coast.
