Building work is under way on the neighbouring plot, and the rate reflects it — we will tell you where the work stands for your dates before you commit. Stays are 3 nights or more, and nothing is charged to enquire.
Rates from $3,250 per night, inclusive of all taxes and fees. A damage waiver of $500 is collected with the booking and covers accidental damage up to $6,500. Electricity is included up to $90 a day; the meter is read at the end of the stay and anything above that allowance is charged.
