Ultima Corfu steps down a dramatic hillside at Nissaki on Corfu's northeast coast, its white contemporary volumes arranged across terraces that all face the Ionian. Walls of glass, soaring beamed ceilings and natural timber keep the architecture crisp while the sea does most of the talking.
The living spaces are made for a house party done properly: a vaulted principal lounge with grand piano, fireplace and cinema-grade media area, a chef's kitchen with a large island, and a dining room built around private-chef evenings. Six serene bedrooms sleep twelve, and a gym, hammam, massage area and private lift round out the interior.
Outside, heated infinity pools and a pool bar spill across the terraces, with a hot tub, landscaped gardens and multiple al fresco dining spots between them. A private boat dock at the waterline makes the coastline an extension of the house — days can begin with a swim and end somewhere up the coast entirely.

Corfu's Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport is the natural way in, and the drive up the island's north-east coast to Nissaki takes around forty minutes. The estate sits on the cliff above its own private dock, so arriving by boat is every bit as easy as by road. We arrange transfers, by car or by sea, as part of the stay.
