Villa H2O presides over Lu Impostu on Sardinia's northeastern coast, with the deep blues of the Mediterranean filling the horizon and a lively seaside village nearby. The beach itself is within walking distance, though the estate gives few reasons to leave.
The main living area sits under beamed ceilings, where modern art, rich timber and easy contemporary furnishings settle into a mood of unhurried grace. Wide windows frame the sea and pull the light deep into the house. Seven bedrooms are divided between the main villa and a guest house, from a grand master suite down.
The grounds read like a private resort: a saltwater heated pool with pool bar, an indoor pool, hammam and massage room, a tennis court, putting green and petanque court, a gym and yoga room, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and a helipad for arrivals that skip the road altogether.

The villa sits on a quiet headland between the bay of Lu Impostu and Puntaldia, on Sardinia's north-east coast just above San Teodoro. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is the arrival point, around twenty-five minutes away by car, and the sands of Lu Impostu and La Cinta are a short walk from the gate. We arrange transfers as part of the stay.
