Artists Residence 坐落于新西兰南岛一片开阔的山谷，铜、石与混凝土构筑的雕塑般亭阁自绿野中升起，远处山脉绵延。建筑屡获殊荣、锋芒毕露，介于先锋与原初之间，宅邸正面直临高尔夫球场。
入内，气氛便松弛下来。平面布局不循常规、颇具玩心，落地玻璃将山谷引入每一个房间。本地片岩、木质搭叠板与黄铜细节让材质语言诚恳克制，而满是艺术品的折衷主义室内，正道出了宅邸之名的由来。
三间卧室可住六人，最宜留给一个小圈子。家庭影院、钢琴、家庭办公室、户外壁炉与烧烤露台一应俱全，几乎每扇窗外都是山景。

The residence sits within The Hills, the private golf estate just outside historic Arrowtown — the village is five minutes down the road, and central Queenstown around twenty-five by car. Queenstown Airport is the gateway to the region, a little over twenty minutes away, and the estate has its own helicopter landing for those who prefer to arrive by air. We arrange transfers as part of every stay.
