Tell us what you have — a few words, photographs and any provenance or service history. Use the form, email or WhatsApp; there is no obligation and nothing is made public.
Appraisal & valuation
We assess condition, provenance and the current market, then come back to you with a realistic valuation and a recommended asking price. Where useful, we arrange an independent inspection.
Terms & consignment
A short, transparent consignment agreement sets out the asking price, our commission, the marketing period and whether the mandate is exclusive. No listing fees — we are paid on a successful sale.
Presentation
We prepare your lot to the standard of this marketplace: professional photography or a curated set of your images, full particulars and, where the piece merits it, a film.
Discreet marketing
Your lot is placed with our private client base — on the register, in the fortnightly Buyers Club brochure and by direct introduction. Where you prefer, it is shown only under Private Sales, never as a public fire-sale.
Introductions & negotiation
We handle every enquiry, viewing and offer on your behalf and keep your identity private throughout. You approve any offer before it is accepted.
Completion & settlement
On acceptance we manage the paperwork, secure transfer or escrow and hand-over. Funds are released to you on completion. Clean, documented and discreet from first contact to settlement.
