Mid-mountain at Northstar California, above Truckee — ski-in, ski-out, with the gondola down to the Village at the door. Each residence has a gourmet kitchen with a wine refrigerator, an indoor fireplace, a dedicated workspace, heated bathroom floors, air conditioning, its own washer and dryer and a private balcony. Bedding is made up to suit the party staying; the standard arrangements below adjust on request.
Two-Bedroom — 2 king bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, for 5. Three-Bedroom — 2 kings, a room of 2 doubles, and a pull-out, for 8. Four-Bedroom — 3 kings, a room of 2 queens, and a pull-out, for 10.
The residence keeps a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool spa, a fitness centre, a ski valet, a firepit and pool table, and Manzanita restaurant on site. Valet and garage parking are free. Lake Tahoe is 15 minutes away; guests may reserve access to the resort's private Lake Club on its shore — a complimentary shuttle runs from the resort, a small daily access fee applies, and advance reservation is recommended as capacity is limited. Lake and beach access run through the Lake Club.
In summer the mountain turns to golf, hiking and paddleboarding, with discounted tee times at Old Greenwood and Gray's Crossing.

Reno-Tahoe International is about 45 minutes by car; Truckee Tahoe Airport, 10 minutes away, takes private aviation. Heated underground parking is complimentary at the residence, and we arrange transfers as part of every stay.
