The estate keeps a private beach, 3 outdoor pools and a whirlpool spa, a watersports centre for kayaking, snorkelling and paddleboarding, a 53-foot catamaran, deep-sea fishing, a spa and a 24-hour fitness centre. Five restaurants operate on site, Alloro and Bleuwater among them. Parking is complimentary.

Magens Bay is 15 minutes, Charlotte Amalie 10. St. John — by ferry from the resort — is 45 minutes.
